About This Site

     This site belongs to my children and their children.  It is dedicated to all the parents who have left behind wonderful memories for their children.  When we pass on, our unrecorded experiences pass with us.  This site is where the special memories from my family and my travels stay behind  A camera reveals much by freezing a moment, thus opening our eyes and imagination to often missed subtleties that otherwise go unseen.

     Personal Background:  Photographing people has held my interest as far back as I can remember.  With improvements in cameras, it has become easier to capture unguarded moments.  I prefer color to emphasize the beauty that is all around us.  It affects our moods and our perceptions.  My technical skills were sharpened at Washtenaw Community College's outstanding Photography Program and refined further in photography workshops.

     I photograph what attracts me and of course they are my memories. Hopefully the images on this site resonate with you as well,
